ToCartesian

ToCartesian[tens]
converts a rank-one covariant or contravariant spherical tensor tens to the Cartesian basis.
  • ToCartesian can be applied to tensors whose components are matrix operators.
  • If ToCartesian is supplied a Cartesian vector (represented as a one-dimensional list), it leaves the argument unchanged.
  • TensorForm can be used to display a Cartesian vector of matrix operators in matrix form.
