InitialConditions

InitialConditions[sys, dminit, tinit]
returns equations specifying initial conditions for the atomic system sys given by the matrix dminit at initial time tinit.
  • The atomic system sys is specified as a list of AtomicState objects.
  • An initial density matrix with atoms evenly distributed over states considered to be ground states can be obtained with TransitRepopulation[sys, 1].
